Automatic Electronic Invoicing

Invoices are available on-line for those client users who have been authorized to view them. You can designate any client to receive an automatic email notification when a new invoice has been posted, enabling true electronic invoicing. In any case, Invoices are available in Summary Form (shown here) or Expanded Form, which shows all the detail for each Applicant. Invoice data is sorted first by Department, then by Recruiter. A link allows your client to quickly download invoice data into Excel for further processing. For select clients, you can authorize payment by credit card.
