At BackChecked, we know that one size does not fit all. So, we customize the implementation plan to fit your particular situation. It all starts with an in-depth analysis of your needs and an explanation of all system options—including available interfaces to outside vendors.

Analysis: We'll show you everything about the system, digging as deep as you want to go. Take your time. It's important to ensure a good fit for your operation. You’ll find that the system adapts to your workflow. But, it also incorporates some major accelerators.

Agreement: You choose the user level you'll need to support your staff and execute a contract. Of course, you can lower or raise the user level whenever it makes sense for your business.

Start-up Survey: We help you complete a simple on-line Start-up Survey that will enable our technicians to customize the system and forms with your logos, contact information, etc.

Test Server: We train your staff in a series of hands-on sessions on the Test Server. You have time to load data, approve any customizations and get comfortable with how the system works.

Production Server: When you are ready, we move the environment to a secure Production Server. At this point, you're ready to test your vendor interfaces, issue log-ins to client users and start taking orders.

Timeframe

How long does all this take? If you're in a hurry, we can make it happen over night. If you're transitioning clients from an existing system, the typical timeframe is 30 days. We go at your speed. However, your staff will find the system extremely intuitive and flexible. As an extra bonus, you get to keep your account on the Test Server. It's a great place to train new staff and conduct demonstrations for prospective clients.
